Reset Password link for Users

If your users have access to our training platform (LMS) to take courses, and for some reason they forgot their password to access to the platform, as an admin you can easily define a new password for them or generate a reset password link from 2 different places:

From Users' List

If you're logged in as an admin, from your company users' list you can generate a reset password link for your users by clicking on the "3 dots" icon next to each user and selecting the option "Reset Password Link". This option will display a banner message where you should copy the reset password URL and share it with the users in order to let them create their own password.

From Users' Profile

Another way to generate users' reset password links is by going to each user's profile and following the same steps than from user's list, clicking on the "3 dots" icon at the right side and choosing the option "Reset Password Link", It will allow you to copy the reset password URL and paste ir anywhere.

Users can also reset their own passwords on their profiles or by using the Password Recovery feature from the login page.

Reset Password link for Admins

From the MSP portal you can generate a reset password link for your admins in 2 ways:

From Admins' List

If you're logged in as an MSP owner, navigate to your list of admins and click on the "3 dots" icon next to each admin, and select the option Reset Password Link, it will prompt a banner at the top of the screen that you could copy and share with the admin wherever you want.

From Admins' List

Being logged in as an MSP owner you can also navigate to the admin profile and from the same "3 dots" icon at the right side of the screen you will see the same reset password option, click on it and share the URL with your admin.
