This release included the launch of the Cyber Threat Surveillance function.

Cyber Threat Surveillance:

This new feature allows MSP admins and Owners from single companies to review the possible threats in the Dark Web that could indicate cyber risk in their company or users.

The feature allows admin to search a keyword/s, and every 24 hours the feature will search the DarkWeb for findings associated with the keyword/s. Mentions of these keywords will be shown in the 'Results' page.

Results will include:

  • Title (if applicable)
  • Threat Date
  • Threat Content (the information extracted from the DarkWeb)
  • Status (an option to indicate if the information is Pending, Urgent, Resolved)
  • Keyword(s) (Highlighting keywords used to get the result)
  • Negativity. (This indicates how negative the sentiment is in the text, and could indicate criminal activity)
  • Source

Once information is received the admin can choose actions such as filtering by status, categorizing, ignoring (When ignoring results, they will be automatically removed from the list), marking an item as 'Resolved' or marking an item as 'Urgent'.  Urgent status is recommended particularly if the result has negativity greater than 80%.

This feature is an add on to current plans.
