This version contains new additions to the app and LMS as well as great improvements that will accelerate the performance of the app. Let's see in details what those changes are:

Changes on Campaign's Creation

When creating new campaigns the app will now display a new status called "Preparing" along with a message saying: "Your campaign is being created. It will take less than 5 minutes." And this status will disappear once the campaign has been created. The reason behind this change is because some timeout issues appeared when creating campaigns with large lists of users, so this improvement minimize the impact when creating new campaigns.

This change will apply to all types of Campaigns but only when trying to create Long Campaigns with more than 100 users or Short/MSP campaigns with more than 300 users.

Changes on Custom Training Assets

Here there are some changes related to the creation of custom training assets:

  • When adding custom training assets/files to the MSP library, now MSP admins won't have the ability to add custom assets to specific companies, so these assets would be created only at the MSP level and it will be visible to all companies as default. The reason behind this restriction is because when Curriculums were created, admins of specific companies were not able to assign/preview custom assets that were not included on their company's libraries, so this was causing issues.

  • From now admins will be able to create Curriculums mixing Custom Training assets with any other providers' assets.

New Calculation for Click Rate %

The company's click rate % was previously calculated by the # users in the company. However this number was not accurate given some bounced/deferred events were altering the equation, so this release includes a change on the click rate % by dividing the equation by emails sent instead of # of users.

Bug Fixes

  • Bug fixed when filtering training assignments or phishing events by user/company.
  • Errors fixed when trying to add existing users/admins as users and the app was returning a 500 error.
  • Bug fixed when training reminders date was saved as null.
  • Bug fixed when users' training reminders were not being sent on the specified date/time.
  • Bug fixed when importing users from a CSV file.
  • Fixing playback issue when previewing training assets.

We also did some changes on the infrastructure of the app and the way how phishing and internal emails are delivered to users/admins.
